At C&P, once 3 – 4 ideas have been carefully selected, we propose to carry out a road-show on a half-yearly basis. This is targeted to financial institutions and Family Offices.

2- Signature NDA on the ideas considered most valid ◼
3- Delivery of the required technical and information material + Prospectus ▲
4- Due diligence by the investor ◼
5- Once the investor’s interest is verified, it will be followed by a commitment signature to a qualified intermediary ◼
6- Subscription of the investment ◼
7- Call of funds ◉
