C&P was born from the idea of its founder Claudio Furio Colombo, who after spending the last two decades in the financial and insurance sector, has decided to combine his experience and the skills acquired by a team of professionals, in favor of institutional investors and of families with large estates.

Claudio joined AWD in 1992, holding the position of Commercial Director for the Italian market. In 1997 he became Project Manager at Lombard Marketing Service. Since 1998 he was responsible for the Italian, Southern European and Key Account market for Lombard International Assurance Luxembourg. From 2014 to 2017 he covered the role of CSO in ING Life Luxembourg. Claudio graduated in Economics from the University of Mannheim and subsequently undertook an MBA at SDA Bocconi.
Niccolò began his career in Mantua at the Veneri-Previdi law firm, and then moved into publishing, leading the family magazine “Look Lateral” to international success, winning the FPO Award and distributing in more than 50 countries. Leveraging that experience, he moved to Seattle, decided to democratize the art investment market by transforming Look Lateral into a pioneering start-up that fuses the finest art investment know-how with artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. Expert in token economy, digital securities, NFT and startups.
Vittorio began his professional career in 1994 as Sales Manager at Generali Insurance. From there, he joined UniCredit Group to contribute to the bank’s development of its bancassurance activities. In 2006 he moved to CREDEM Group to serve as Head of Development for Banca Euromobiliare’s insurance activities. In 2008, Vittorio was recruited as Commercial and Marketing Director for AXA Group following the joint venture between AXA and Monte dei Paschi di Siena. While covering the role, he followed closely their development of the bancassurance business model for the Mediterranean-Latin America region. He also served as vice-president for the technical commission of Private Insurance in AIPB in 2006.
